BENJAMIN K. REITZ, ESQ.
Ben Reitz, a native of Southern Nevada, founded Reitz Law Group in 2019 after practicing as a commercial lawyer/litigator for nearly six years at the law firms of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, and Peterson Baker, PLLC. Ben also worked in the General Counsel's Office at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and interned for the Honorable Kristina Pickering, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nevada. Prior to his legal career, Ben worked for a business consulting firm in New York City, focusing on executive pay practices and global equity compensation in the technology and biotechnology industries. In 2015, Ben earned his Masters in Business Administration from the Lee Business School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He graduated from Princeton University in 2007 with a Bachelors Degree in Comparative Religion.

The Firm also represents clients in transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business and real estate contracts, formation documents, operating agreements, and landlord/tenant leases.
